We get by each year on income generated by class fees and support from wonderful local organizations, but instructor payroll, equipment, gas, insurance, and trying to pay competative wages all mean we have a pretty small cushion by the end of the summer. We welcome and depend on (tax-deductable!) donations from community members. In additon to helping meet fixed costs, donations are a critical part of our ability to offer youth sailing scholarships to kids who need them.
