Juneau Youth Sailing is the capital city's volunteer, non-profit youth sailing program. In 2023, we offer 4-day summer classes for ages 12 to 17, for all experience levels. We are primarily youth-oriented, but some years manage to hold a few adult classes as fundraisers for the youth program (see below). Full scholarships for youth classes are available, just ask! Classes take place in the Juneau Yacht Club, thanks to that organization's kind donation of teaching space. We are also supported by the CBJ Youth Activities Grant, Douglas-Dornan Foundation, and more. Use this website to learn about our program and register for classes.
